RESOLUTION NO. 75-2419
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 74-2401 and Resolution No. 74-2413
of the Council adopted August 6, 1974 and December 10, 1974, a report has been
prepared by John Strojan, City Engineer, with reference to the Maple Hill-
Goodrich area by the installation of storm sewer and repair of streets on Maple Hill
Road in Interlachen Park, thereon and this report was received by the Council
on February 4, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota
as follows:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such storm sewer and
street repari in accordance with the report and the assessment of Lots 16 thru
27, inclusive, Block 4; Lots 5 thru 25, inclusive, Block 5; Lots 8 thru 22,
inclusive, Block 6; Lots l thru 15 including vacated Interurban Avenue and
Lots 28 thru 30, inclusive, Block 11; Lots 1 thru 30 including vacated Inter-
urban Avenue inclusive, Block 12; Lots 17 thru 32, i.nclusive, incZuding vacated
Interurban Avenue, Block 13, all in F. A. Savages Interlachen Park; also that
part of the abandoned R/W across NW�a of NW�a of Section 29, Township 117, RAnge 21
lying between the east line of Lot 15, Block 11, F. A. Savages Interlachen Park,
extended, and the west line of the NW'� of the NW�a thereof, and that part of the
abandoned R/W across the NE� of the NE� of Section 30, Township 117, RAnge 21,
lying east of the west line of Lot 17, Block 13, extended F. A. Savages Inter-
lachen park, for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
M.S.A. , Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amended, at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $6,650 for storm sewer, $3,450 for asphalt and sod repair
and $200.10 for asphalt driveway repair.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
18th day of March, 1975, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock
P.M. , and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement
as requred by law.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 4th day of
February, 1975.
