A �ESOLUTION ORDERING PREFAR.�,TION
OF ENGINEER'S RE�ORT ON TMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS a peta.tion has been received requesting th.at consideration be
given to ths im,provement of the intersection of 5th Street South and 6th Avenue
by the installation of a storm sewer catch basi.n and storm seHrer line thereon
and the assessment of benefitting property for all or a porta�on of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as
amended.
NO[^t, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITX COUNCIL Ok' THE CITY Ok' HOPKIN5,
MINNESOTA, that the propos�� improvement be referred to John 5trojan, City
Engineer, for studX and he is instructed to report with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the pro�osed improvements
are feasible and as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvements
as reaommended.
Adopted by the City Council of the Ci.ty of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 4th day
of March, 1975.
