RESOLUTION NO. 75-2424
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREA5 a Resolution of the City Council, No. 75-2419, adopted the
4th day of February, 1975, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed
improvement of the Maple Hill - Goodrich area by the installation of storm
sewer and repair of streets on Maple Hill Road in Interlachen Park thereon,
the total estimated cost thereof being $6,650 for storm sewer , $3,450 for
asphalt and sod repair and $200.10 for asphalt driveway repair, and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of the
council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and
a hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 18th day of
March, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ho,pkins:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution No. 75-2419 adopted the 4th day of March, 1975.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 18th
day of March, 1975.
