RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREA5 a Resolution of the City Council, No. 75-2422, adopted the 4th
day of March, 1975, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of
Eleventh 5treet South from llth Avenue to a point approximately 2000 feet east
by concrete curb and gutter, gravel and bitzuninous base and bituminous surfacing
thereon, the total estimated cost thereof being $46,955.00, and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement were given ten days published notice, and a hearing
was held and the property owners heard thereon on the lst day of April, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci]. of the City of Hopkins:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
No. 75-2422 adopted March 4, 1975.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this lst
day of April, 1975.
