06-16-2015 Work Session after City Council Meeting MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, June 15, 2015
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
Present at the meeting were the following:
x Eugene Maxwell, Mayor x Kristi Halverson, Council
x Jason Gadd, Council x Aaron Kuznia, Council
x Molly Cummings, Council x Mike Mornson, City Manager
x Kersten Elverum, PED Dir.
Council Member Gadd stated that there will be two CMC meetings coming up. One will be June
24th and the other will be July 1, 2015.
Ms. Elverum discussed the Light Rail options for council as well as a development update.
Manager Mornson provided the following:
• Updated the council on next steps for a contract with Sun edition for the solar project. He
stated that a contract may be presented at the July 7th council meeting.
• Provided construction updates.
• Reviewed request from Pub 819 for a street closure event for September 26t
• Reviewed upcoming council schedule for July, 2015.
There being no further business to come before the Council and upon a motion by Cummings,
seconded by Kuznia, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
