AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF
THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY AND ALL OF
THE I�ST SOUI��RLY EAST-WEST ALLEY
AND ALL OF Tf-�AT PART OF FIRST STREET
SOUTH, ALL LOCATED IN BLOCK 3,
WEST MINNEAPOLIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
That the f.ollowing paxts of the alleys and of First Street South
located in Block 3, West Minneapolis, described as follows, viz:
a) That part of the North-South alley in said Block 3 located
south of a line drawn across said alley from the southwest
corner of Lot 10 to the southeast corner of Lot 43 and lying
north of a line drawn across said a11ey from the southwest
corner of Lot ZO to the southeast corner of Lot 32,
b) All of the most southerly alley in said Block 3, the southerly
boundary line of which alley is the northerly boundary line
of Lots 21 to 31, inclusive, Block 3, West N3inneapolis,
c) All of that part of First Street South in said Block 3,
lying between the westerly line of Seventh Avenue South and
the easterly boundary line of Eighth Avenue South and located
upon Lots 15 and 38 in Block 3, West Minneapolis,
be and the same are hereby vacated.
First read at a regular meeting of the CoLm cil of the City o Hopkins
held April 15, 1975, and finally read, approved and adopted and o� d p 'shed
at a regular meeting of said CoLmcil on D�Say 6, 1975.
