A RESOLUTION ORDERING INSTALLATION OF 5TORM
SEWER IN COTTAGEVILLE PARK".
WHEREAS, a drainage problem exists in the East-West a11ey
North of Cottagevil.Ze Park (BZake Road North) , and
WHEREAS, a permanent surface is under consideration for this
alley.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS, that a storm sewer be instaZZed to drain the water from
the a11ey, the cost to be paid for from the General Funds, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John Strojan, City Engineer, is
hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and he shaZl prepare
plans and specifications, obtain a suitable Contractor, and instalZ said
storm sewer.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a reguZar meeting held the 6th day of May, Z975.
