RESOLUTION N0. 75-2443
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS a Resolution of the City Council, No. 75-2434, adopted the
6th day of May, 1975, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement
on 21st Avenue North from Third Street North to Fourth Street by the in-
stallation of sanitary sewer, water services, street construction and storm
sewer thereon, the total estimated cost thereof being $7,937.00 for sanitary
sewer; $350.00 for water services; $7,537.25 for street construction and
$4,860.00 for storm sewer, and
• WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of these improvements ,were given ten days published notice of the
council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and
a hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon the 4th day of June,
1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Hopkins:
1, Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Res-
olution No. 75-2434 adopted the 6th day May, 1975.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 3rd
day of June, 1975.
