RESOLUTION NO. 75-2452
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT SPLIT AND WAIVER OF
PLATTING REQUIREMENTS FOR 5UBDIVISION OF LOT 6,
BIACK 8, HOBBY ACRES, LOHMAN-AARHUS DIVISION.
A Petition having been duly presenfed and filed with the City
Zoning and Planning Commission and the said Council praying for the sub-
division of Lot 6, Block 8, Hobby Acres, Lohman-Aarhus Division, with-
out the requirement of preparing and recording a formal platting thereof,
which Petition was duly considered by said Zoning and PZanning Commission
and the Hopkins City Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of
the City of Hopkins that Lot 6, B1ock 8, Hobby Acres, Lohman-Aarhus Division,
may be divided into two (2) parcels without a formaZ platting thereof.
Passed and adopted by the City CounciZ at a reguZar rr�eting held
on Tuesday, July 15, I975.
