AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 326 VACATING A PORTION OF
ST. LOUIS STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows`.
That the following described part of. St, Louis Street in the
City of Hopkins located over, under, across and upon
that part of Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 12; and that part of Lots
2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 13; and of Lots 3 and 4, Block 14,
all in West Minneapolis Center as originally platted lying
Southeasterly of a line drawn across said Lots and parallel
to and distant 20 feet Northerly measured at right angles from
the Southeasterly boundary �ines of said Lo�s
be and the same is hereby vacated.
That those portions of Hopkins Ordinance No. 326 in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Hopkins held July 1, 1975, and finally read, approved and adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Co�il of said City on
the lSth day of July, 1975. �
