AN ORDINANCE AMENDING HOPKINS
ZONING ORDINANCE BY REZONING
LOTS 21 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE,
BLOCK 3, WEST MINNEAPOLIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
That Hopkins Ordinance No. 269 cited as the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance
be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
'That Lots 21 through 31, inclusive, Block 3, West Minneapolis, be and
the same hereby are rezoned and changed to R-5 MULTIPLE FAMILY instead of B-3B.
That the official zoning ma.p of the City of Hopkins heretofore adopted
in connection with said Zoning Ordinance No. 269 is hereby changed and amended
in conformity herewith.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Hopkins held August 5th , 1975, and finally read, approved and adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council ori Aucrust 19th ,
