RESOLUTION N0. 75-2463
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
NUMBER ONE TO JOINT AND COOPERATTVE
AGREEMENT OF WEST HENNEPIN HUMAN
SERVICES PLANNING BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has heretofore entered into
a Joint and Cooperative Agreement establishing the West Hennepin
Human Services Planning Board under the Minnesota Joint Powers Act,
which Agreement w�s made and executed by and with the Cities of
Hopkins, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, Wayzata, Excelsior, Orono,
Mound and Plymouth ; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Deephaven now desires to become a
member of said Planning Board.
NOW, THEREFORE , it is hereby Resolved by the City Council
af the City of Hopkins that Amendment Number One to the Joint and
Cooperative Agreement of West Hennepin Human Services Planning Board
dated Septembex 16 , 1975 be and the same is hereby approved and
Peter G, Cottan, the City Manager, and Jerre A. Miller, the Mayor,
are hereby authorized to sign and execute such Amendment for and in
behalf of the City of Hopkins .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Hopkins
City Council held September 16 , 1975 .
