.AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART
OF MONROE AVEMTE NORTH TN
THE CITY OF HOPKINS
BE IT ORIIAINED BY THE Coucil of the City of Hopkins as� follows:
That that part of Monroe Avenue North in the City of Hopkins lying
between the extensions across it of the Northerly boundary line of Lot 26
and the Northerly boundary line of Lot 24, all in Block 4, West Minneapolis
Center, shall be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to easements therein
now existing for public utilities.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Hopkins held September 2, 1975, and finally read, approved and apted and *
� ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council on S�e er 16
