RESOLUTION NO. 75-2465
A RESOLUTION REQUIRING LICENSING OF SAUNA'S AND
MA5SAGE PARLORS IN THE CITY OF HOPKINS.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Hopkins require Iicensing of
Sauna's and Massage Parlors and that the staff be directed to study the
reZated ordinances of other communities and provide a recommended ordinance
before the end of Z975 - and that,
FURTHERMORE, no such Zicensing shall be made untiZ the ordinance
and licensing fees are determined.
Passed and adopted by the Counti.Z ot the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held the 7th day of October, 1975.
