Engineer Anderson, Operations Director Beecher, Building Inspector Kohnen and City Attorney VeseZy. Ree1 189 Mr. Vassar moved, and Dr. Slaton seconded the motion, that the three items Side 1 under the CONSENT CALENDAR, be approved. 197-207 1. Amended Minutes of Special Council meeting of September 23, 1975, and Minutes � of Regular Council meeting of October 7, Z975. 2. Additional 1975 Zicense application: THOMAS AIR CONDITIONING CO. , to Install Gas Burners. 3. Request from the Kni ghts of Columbus for renewal of their bin go permit for the months of October, November and December 1975. Mr. Vassar moved, and Dr. Slaton seconded the motion, that the Council approve 298- the concept of Layout 5A, Sheet Z of 2, revised June 22, 1972, and Sheet 2, revised January 22, 1973, and the Environmental Assessment, re Project 6319, CSAN 20 from CSAH 3, to 2nd Street North and that the Plans be referred to Zoning and Planning for their review and Public Hearing. Mr. McDonald moved, and Mr. Milbert seconded the motion, to amend the above motion to state thaf the Council is not approving this PZan, but merely sending it on to Zoninq and Planning for their review and setting up the Public Hearing. Mr. McDonald moved, and Mr. Milbert seconded the motion, that the proposed 670-Z057 draft as presented bz� the City Attorney re Ordinance regulatinq Saunas and Massage Par.Zors in the City of Hopkins, be referred to the Omnibus Commission for study and review. Mr. Milbert moved, and Mr. McDonald seconded the motion, that Ordinance No. Z057-Z072 75-420, "ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 19 THRU 29, INCL., BLOCK 2, WEST MINNEAPOLIS FROM B-3b TO I-1", be accepted for the first reading. Dr. Slaton moved, and Mr. Vassar seconded the motion, that the staff study the posting of si gns to eliminate commercial traffic on the MaZ1. Mr. McDonald moved to amend the above motion to read the staff be instructed to install the necessary signs to eliminate commerciaZ traffic on the Ma11. Motion Zost for lack of a second. Mr. McDonaZd moved to eliminate the work "study" in the original motion and insert the work "plan". Dr. Slaton agreed to reword his motion. Dr. SZaton moved, and Mr. MiZbert seconc�ed the motion, to vote on the originaZ motion as amended. A po1Z of the vote was as follows: Dr. Slaton, yea; Mr. Vassar, yea; Mr. Milbert, yea; Mr. McDonaZd, yea; and Mayor MiZler, yea. Motion carried unanimousZy. Item: 75-118-R. Mr. Milbert moved, and Mr. Vassar seconded the motion, that Resolution -Zz82 No. 75-2647, "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DIVISION OF LOT 9, BLOCK 1, BELLGROVE AND WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENT5", be adopted.
