A RESOLUTION APPROVING DIVISION OF LOT 9,
BLOCK I, BELLGROVE AND WAIVING PLATTIhiG
REQUIREMENTS.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Lot 9, B1ock 1, Bellgrove,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, being located in the City of Hopkins,
may be divided into two parcels described as follows:
TRACT "A" - The West 20.00 feet of Lot 9, B1ock 1,
"BELLGROVE", as measured at right angles to the West
Iine thereof. According to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
TRACT "B" - That par� of Lot 9, Block 1, "BELLGROVE" lying
East of the West 20.00 feet, as zneasured at right angles to
the West line thereof. According to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles
in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
and that any platting requirements therefor be and the same are
hereby waived.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper offices and deparf-
rr�nts of the City of Hopkins and of the County of Hennepin are hereb�
authorized and empowered to divide the above premises as hereinabove
set forth upon their records and to accept instruments of con veyance
for recording in conformi ty herewi th.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the Czty of Hopkins,
Minnesota, the 21st day of October 1975.
