RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS
ON LOT 8, BLOCK 7, BELLGROVE".
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Lot S, Block 7, Bellgrove, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, being Zocated in the City of Hopkins, may be divided
into two parceZs described as follows:
That part of Lot 8, Block 7, BelZgrove, according to the plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerZy of the
foZlowing described Iine: Beginning at a point on the north line
of said Lot 8, distant I54.35 feet West of the Northeast corner
of said Lot 8; thence on a bearing of South 176.86 feet, hereinafter
known as "Line A", said North line has an assumed bearing of West;
thence S 30°30' 00" W, a distance of 90.38 feet to its intersection
with the northeasterly right of way line of Zorinq Road and there
terminating, said last described line hereinafter known as "Line B".
Subject to a 10 foot utility easement being paralleZ with, adjacent
to and Northwesterly of said "Line B". The side line of said easement
is prolonged to terminate on the said right of way Iine of Loring Road
and said "Line A".
That part of Lot 8, BZock 7, Bellgrove, according to the plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, .Zying easterly of the followinq described
Iine: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 8, distant
154.35 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence on a
bearinq of South 176.86 feet, hereinafter known as "Line A", said North
Zine has an assumed bearing of West; thence 30°30`00" W, a distance of
90.38 feet to its intersection with the Northeasterly right of way line
of Loring Road and there terminating, said last described line hereinafter
known as "Line B". Together with a ZO foot utility easement being par-
a11eI with, adjacent to and NorthwesterZy of said "Line B". The side line
of said easement is prolonged to terminate on the said right of way line
of Loring Road and said "Line A".
and that any platting requirements therefor be and the same are hereby waived.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper offices and departments of
the City of Hopkins and of the County of Hennepin are hereby authorized and
empowered to divide the above premises as hereinabove set forth upon their
records and to accept instruments of con veyance for recording in conformity
herewith.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, the
9th day of December 1975.
