^ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows :
That Hopkins Ordinance No. 269 cited as the Hopkins Zoning
Ordinance be and �he same is hereby amended as follows :
That that part of Lot 70 , Auditor' s Subdivision No . 239 ,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Southwesterly of the Minnehaha
Cxeek be and the same is hereby rezoned and changed to R-4 (mul-
tiple family residence distxict) instead of I- 2 ,
That the off.icial zoning map of ��e��ity of Hopkins hereto-
foxe adopted in connection with said Zoning Ordinance No . 269
is hereby changed and amended in conformity herewith.
Fixst read at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Hopkins held November 4 , 1975 , and finally read, approved
and adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said
Council on November 18 . �
