follows:
That that part of the North-South alley in Block 3 , L .
P. Cxeviexts �irst Addition to t�est Ma.nneapolis lying between the
extensions across it of the noxthexly boundaxy line o£ Lot 1 and
the southerly boundary line of Lot 12 all in said Black 3 , L. P .
CreViex' s First Addition to West Minneapolis , be and the same is
hereby vacated, subject to easements therein now existing for
public utilities ,
