APPOINTMENT OF KENNEDY & GRAVEN CHARTERED
AS CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council has decided to appoint Kennedy& Graven Chartered as the
new City Attorney as required by City Charter Section 6.05.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota that Kennedy& Graven Chartered be duly appointed as City Attorney for the City of
Hopkins effective January 1, 2016.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 2nd day of November, 2015.
