SPECIAL MEETING PROCEEDINGS
NOVEMBER 10, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Hopkins City Council was held
on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 6:20 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1010 1St
Street South, Hopkins.
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting order with Council Members Cummings, Gadd, Halverson
and Kuznia attending. Staff present included City Manager Mornson and City Clerk Domeier.
NEW BUSINESS
Canvass and Certification of Results from the November 3, 2015 General Election;
Domeier(CR2015-139)
City Clerk Domeier provided an overview of the election results and requested that the City
Council take action to declare the results.
Motion by Kuznia. Second by Halverson.
Motion to declare the results of the November 3, 2015 General Election Returns.
Ayes: Cummings, Gadd, Halverson, Kuznia,Maxwell
Nays: None. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council the meeting was adjourned at
6:23 p.m. by unanimous consent.
