RESOLUTION 2016-013
RESOLUTION SETTING RENEWAL FEES FOR SIDEWALK CAFÉ PERMITS
WHEREAS,the Hopkins City Code authorizes the City Council to set fees by
Resolution; and
THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED that the following fees should be established
for issuance of renewal Sidewalk Cafe Permits as defined in Legislative Policy 5-I and
underlined below:
1. Sidewalk Café Permit $350 per year
2. Sidewalk Café Permit Renewal $200 per year
