RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF CONTRACT
2016 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 2015-10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that
the lowest bid of Northwest Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $3,993,762.84 is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2016 Street and Utility Improvements, City Project 2015-10, and the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 29th day of February, 2016.
