RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF CONTRACT
2016 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 2016-08
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that
the lowest bid of Valley Paving, Inc. in the amount of$195,096.14 is the lowest responsible bid
for the 2016 Mill and Overlay Project, City Project 2016-08, and the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the
City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 5th day of April, 2016.
