RESOLUTION 2016-081
APPROVING AN ON-SALE WINE AND 3.2% MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
TO NACHOS MEXICAN GRILL LLC DBA NACHOS MEXICAN GRILL INC.
WHEREAS, the City Coimcil, pursuant to City Code Section 1200.28, allowed public
comment on December 6, 2016, with respect to the issuance of an On-Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt
Liquor Licenses for Nachos Mexican Grill LLC dba Nachos Mexican Grill Inc., for its restaurant
located at ] 016 Mainstreet, Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the application as it is on file with the City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Police Department has reviewed the application as it is on file
with the City Clerk; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follo�vs:
To grant and approve On-Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquar sales to Nachos Mexican
Grill LLC dba Nachos Mexican Grill Inc. for the premise located at 1016 Mainstreet,
in accordance with the application and plans on file with the City, subject to:
A. All terms and conditions of the City Code Chapter 1200 Sale, Consumption and
Display of Alcoholic Beverages and Minnesota Statute 340A.
B. Final inspection by the City Building Official and issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy.
C. Final inspection by the City Fire Marshal for compliance with fire protection
requirements.
2. Tbe Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said license.
3. This license shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2017.
