A RESOLUTION AMENDING FEES IN
CHAPTER l0 OF THE HOPHINS CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins annually reviews Chapter ]0 of the Hopkins City Code in order to
establish logical and defensible fees; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has found certain fees and rates in need of adjustments.
THEREFORE, NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Hopkins that it adopts
the fee adjustments as outlined in Exhibit A effective January 1, 2017.
ADOPTED this ZO`h day of December, 2016, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins.
