RESOLUTION ORDERING INSTALLATION OF A DISABLED TRANSFER ZONE
123 8T" AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City Council makes certain provisions for the designation of disabled parking
zones on city streets and the installation of signs therefore, and
WHEREAS, the City Code stipulates applicant eligibility provisions for such parking zones and
a permit fee, and
WHEREAS, the resident at 123 8`h Avenue North has made application for a disabled transfer
zone on 8`h Avenue North and the resident meets eligibility requirements,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota:
Such application for a disabled transfer zone is hereby approved and the City Engineer is in-
structed to anange for the installation of signs at the earliest appropriate titne.
Adopted by the City Council this 3rd day of January, 2017.
