RESOLUTION CANCELLING COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR
PID NO. 23-117-22-14-0007, LEVY N0. 19332
WHEREAS, the City previously ordered City Project No. 2015-10, 2016 Street
mprovement Project; and
WHEREAS, Council adopted Resolution No. 2016-019 adopting assessment roll, 2016
Street and Utility Improvements; and
HEREAS, it was determined that this properry submitted full payment of special
assessment prior to certification; and
NO W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. Special Assessment for PID No. 23-117-22-14-0007 Levy No. 19332 is hereby
cancelled.
