ORDINANCE AMENDING HOPHINS CITY CODE CHAPTER IV, SECTION 400.03
UPDATE REFERENCES TO BUII.DING PERMIT FEES
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPHINS HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 400.03, Subdivision I is hereby amended by deleting the�H-ieke� material
and adding the underlined material as follows:
Subdivision 2. Permits and Fees. The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be
as authorized in Minnesota Rules Chapter 1300. Permit fees shall be assessed for work governed by
this code in accordance with the fee schedule adopted by the City of Hopkins in City Code Section
1020 Permit Fees and set from time to time bv resolution of the Citv Council. "ra������ ''n^� 4°� In
addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work govemed by this code in
accordance with Minn. Stat. § 326B.148.
Section 2. Effect. The effective date of tbis ordinance shall be the date of publication.
