A RESOLUTION AMENDING FEES IN
CHAPTER 10 OF THE HOPHINS CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins annually reviews Chapter 10 of the Hopkins City Code in order to
establish fees for service ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has found certain fees and rates in need of adjustments as outlined
in Exhibit A.
THEREFORE, NOR' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tbe City Hopkins that it adopts
the fee adjustments as outlined in Exhibit A effective Apri14, 2017.
ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2017, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins.
