RESOLUTION 2017-042
APPROVING AN ON-SALE WINE AND 3.2% MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
TO BLAZIN WINGS, INC. DBA B-DUBS EXPRESS
WHEREAS, tbe Ciry Council, pursuant to City Code Section 120028, allowed public
comment on June 20, 2017, with respect to the issuance of an On-Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt
Liquor Licenses for Blazin Wings, Inc. dba B-Dubs Express, for its restaurant located at 525
Blake Road North, Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the application as it is on file witb the City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Police Department has reviewed the application as it is on file
with the City Clerk; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
To grant and approve On-Sale Wine and 3.2 Malt Liquor sales to Blazin Wings, Inc.
dba B-Dubs Express for tbe premise located at 525 Blake Road North, in accordance
with the application and plans on file with the Ciry, subject to:
A. All terms and conditions of the City Code Chapter 1200 Sale, Consumption and
Display of Alcoholic Beverages and Minnesota Statute 340A.
B. Final inspection by the City Building Official.
C. Final inspection by the City Fire Marshal.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said license.
3. This license shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2018.
