A RESOLUTION AMENDING FEES IN
CHAPTER 10 OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins annually reviews Chapter 10 of the Hopkins City Code in order to
establish logical and defensible fees; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has found certain fees and rates in need of adjustments:
Section 1020.19 Fire
Inspections
First and Second Fire Inspection
Third Fire Inspection
Additional Inspections after Third Inspection
$60 per hour
$120 per hour
$150 per hour
Section 1020.27 Parking Fees
Parking Permits
Annual $268
Quarterly $83
Monthly $35
Daily $3 (no change)
Overnight $32
Electric Car Permits
Annual $320
Quarterly $90
THEREFORE, NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Hopkins that it adopts
the fee adjustments as outlined above effective January 1, 2018.
ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2017, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins.
