EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD/MILWAUKEE STREET AND JACKSON AVE/ST
LOUIS STREET INTERSECTION PROJECT DESIGN
CITY PROJECT 2001-05
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins recognizes the need to provide improved access from
Excelsior Boulevard to the redevelopment area located in the northeast quadrant of the
Highway 169/Excelsior Boulevard intersection (SuperValu North Annex property); m~d
WHEREAS, the design of these roadway access improvements are to be incorporated
with the currem Excelsior Boulevard, Phase II reconstruction plans (Henri County project
9227) and constructed as a single Hennepin County construction project in 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into an agreement
with Bolton & Me~zk, Inc. to prepare plans and specifications for the making of these
road improvements.
