RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 08
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
PHASE I EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING
PROJECT 93-11
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 8, 2000, Arteka
Corporation, has satisfactorily completed construction of boulevard landscaping, commonly
known as City Project 93-11, in accordance with such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and
approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
3. A one - year warranty on contract work shall commence as of this resolution.
