RESOLUTION NO. 2001-05
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AFTER PUBLIC HEARING
PROJECT # 98-12
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 19th
day of December, 2000, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the
proposed improvement of street and parking lot reconstruction on
l0th and 11th Avenues North from Mainstreet to 1st Street North
and City parking lots 500 and 600, including replacement of
deficient utilities,
WHEREAS, the Council deems it appropriate and expedient to
make such improvements, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published
notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held
thereon on the 16th day of January, 200t at which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted the 19th day of December,
2000.
RLK-Kuusisto, Ltd is hereby designated to prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota this 16th day
of January, 2001.
