HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2000-76
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF HOPKINS AND HENNEPIN COUNTY AND
ITS DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES FOR ELECTRONIC DIGITIZED DATA
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins wishes to maintain a Geographic Information System
database, and
WHEREAS, a current electronic geographical digitized database is needed to maintain
such a system, and
WHEREAS, Heunepin County Department of General Services, Taxpayer Services
Division, has the necessary electronic geographical digitized database, and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has a proprietary interest in the electronic geographical
digitized database, and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County and the City of Hopldns have entered into a previous
license agreement regarding the County's proprietary interest, Agreement #Al2109 dated
February 16, 1999.
WHEREAS, Hennepin County desires to extend the above agreement through December
31, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopldns,
Minnesota:
The City of Hopkins hereby agrees to extend the Conditional Use License Agreement,
#A12109 to December 31, 2001.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 17th day of October, 2000.
