RESOLUTION 2000-73
RESOLUTION INCREASING THE LICENSE FEES FOR THOSE
LICENSES THAT ARE INSPECTED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins licenses businesses that are inspected by the
Health Inspector, and;
WHEREAS, the expenditures for the Health Inspection program are greater
than the revenues from licensing, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hopkins would like to maintain as
Iow a shortfall between the expenditures and revenues as possible;
THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED that the following license fees will be
amended as shown:
Food Establishment - Level One, Tier One from $75.00 to $82.50
Food Establishment - Level One, Tier Two New $150.00
Food Establishment - Level Two, Tier One from $120.00 to $132.00
Food Establishment ~ Level Two, Tier Two from $140.00 to $154.00
Food Establishment - Level Three, Tier One from $160.00 to $176.00
Food Establishment - Level Three, Tier Two from $260.00 to $286.00
Food Establishment - Level Three, Tier Three from $310.00 to $341.00
Food Vending Machine from $15.00 to $15.00
Itinerant, Special Event Food Stand from $50.00 to $55.00
Motel, Hotel, Lodging House, Per Unit from $5.00 to $5.50
Swimming Pool-Outdoor from $110.00 to $121.00
Swimming Pool - Indoor from $150.00 to $165.00
Swimming Pool- Special Purpose from $50.00 to $55.00
