RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID
LAKE STREET BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 99-03
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS
MINNESOTA, that the bid of Lunda Construction Co. is the lowest responsible
bid for the Lake Street Bridge Reconstruction as specified in City Project 99-03,
and that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 5th day of July, 2000.
