RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
THERMOTECH STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 99-09
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
bid of Metro Utilities, Inc. in the amount of $97,975.00 is the lowest responsible bid for the
h~stallation of storm sewer pipe near the Thermotech site, City Project 99-09, and the Mayor and
the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for
and on behalf of the City.
