RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
3RD STREET NORTH SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION
CITY PROJECT 99-12
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that the bid of Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $94,988.20 is the
lowest responsible bid for upgrading of sanitary main in 3rd Street North from 14th to
11th Avenues, City Project 99-12, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of
the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day of June, 2000.
