RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BD
BITUMINOUS STREET OVERLAY
CITY PROJECT 99-13
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS MINNESOTA that the bid of Ideal Paving of Henderson, Inc. in the
mount of $84,699.24 is the lowest responsible bid for bituminous mill and overlay
of 9th Avenue from Mainstreet to County Road 3 and 15th Avenue from Mainstreet
to end, City Project 99-13, and,
BE IT FURTI-rER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 4th day of April 2000.
