RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
WATER TREATMENT PLANT #4 RENOVATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 99-08
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS
MINNESOTA, that the bid of Municipal Builders Inc. in the amount of $347,200
is the lowest responsible bid for Water Treatment Plant #4 Renovation
improvements as specified in City Project 99-08, and that the Mayor and City
Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 15th day of February,
2000.
