ORDINANCE NO. 01-858
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE KNOX SITE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the present zoning classification of 1-2, General Industrial, upon the following
described premises is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof the said premises is hereby zoned as
Business Park.
Lot 5 and that part of Lot 4 Auditor's Subdivision No. 195 lying northeasterly of a line running
from a point on northwesterly line of Lot 4 distance 990.02 feet northeasterly from northwest
comer thereof to a point on southeasterly line of Lot 4 distance 1360.84 feet northeasterly from
most southerly comer of Block 38 West Minneapolis and that part of abandoned right-of-way of
M L M Railway in Northwest ¼ of Northeast ¼ of Section 25 and Southwest ¼ of Southeast ¼
in Section 24 Township Range 22 Auditor's Subdivision No. 195.
