ORDINANCE NO. 02-876
AN ORDINANCE ZONING AN OVERLAY DISTRICT
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the present zoning classification of B-3, upon the following described premises,
remains as the underlying zoning, and in the said premises is hereby overlaid as a Planned Unit
Development.
Lots 1-6, Lot 46 and Lot 7, except the southerly 2 feet of said Lot 7, Block 3, West Minneapolis,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The most northerly alley
originally dedicated in Block 3, West Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN, according to the
recorded plat thereof.
