REVISE LEGISLATIVE POLICY 7-D
TAXABLE/TAX EXEMPT FINANCING
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has approved a document entitled "The Legislative Policy
Manual" to perform lUliform guidelines and City policy so that actions taken are consistent aIld
fair; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has approved Policy 7-D, relating to the use of revenue
bond finaI1Cing for private development; and
WHEREAS, these policies need to be revised from time to time
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, that Section 4.01h of Policy 7-D be revised to increase the administrative fee to one-
half percent aIld remove the maximum limit.
