RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
BITUMINOUS MILL AND OVERLAY
CITY PROJECT 99-13
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 4, 2000, Ideal Paving
Company, has satisfactorily completed construction of the BitlU1linous Mill and Overlay,
cOlllinonly known as City Proj ect 99-13, in accordance with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declaI"ed accepted aIld
approved.
2, Change Order Nos. land 2 inclusive are approved.
3. Order for final payment on sLlch contract is hereby ordered, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
4. A one-year walTanty on contract work shall conmlence as of the date of this
resolution.
