RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
KNOLL WOOD POND IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, pmSUaIlt to a written contract signed with the City on March 18, 2002, Sumam
Construction, Inc., has satisfactOlily completed construction of the Knollwood Pond
hnprovements, commonly known as City Project 00-14, in accordaI1Ce with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOT A:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and
approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
3. The contract WarraIlty on the contract work shall commence ~s of the date of this
resolution.
