RESOLUTION NO: 02-98
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
APPROVING A WAIVER OF PLAT
WHEREAS, an application for Waiver of Plat WVR02-1 has been made by The
City of Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That all application for Waiver of Plat WVR02-1 was made by The
City of Hopkins on October 8, 2002;
2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, purSUaIlt to
mailed notice, held a meeting on the application and reviewed such
application on October32 29, 2002: all persons present were given
an opportunity to be heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of the City staff were
considered; aIld
4. Legal descliptiollS of the parcels are as follows:
City parcel
That part of Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 69, West Minneapolis Second
Division according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies northerly of the
southerly 62.00 feet of said Lots 13, l4, and l5, except the east ,83 feet of
the north 35 feet of Lot 13, Block 69, West Minneapolis Second Division.

Lot 12, Block 69, and the east .83 feet of the nOlih 35 feet of Lot 13, Block
69, West Minneapolis Second Division, according to the recorded plat
thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that application for Waiver of Plat
WVR02-1 is hereby approved, based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the lots meet the requirements for a waiver of plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for Waiver of Plat

1. That Hennepin County accepts the waiver of plat.
