RESOLUTION NO. 2002-76
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
2002 SEAL COAT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 02-01
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on July 8, 2002, Pearson
Brothers, Inc., has satisfactorily completed construction of the 2002 Seal Coat Project,
commonly known as City Project 02-01, in accordance with such contract. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and
approved.
2. Change Order No.1 inclusive for $1,727.06 is approved.
3. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 20th day of August 2002.
