RESOLUTION NO. 2002-68
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
2001 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 00-10
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 16, 2001, Midwest
Asphalt Corporation has satisfactorily completed construction ofthe 2001 Street and Utility
Improvements Proj ect, commonly known as City Proj ect 00-10, in accordance with such
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and
approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the
contractor' s receipt in full. .
3. A two-year warranty on contract work shall commence as of the date of this
resolution.
